Return & Refund Policy

■ Conditions for Return/Exchange (Please Read Carefully)

Products eligible for return or exchange must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unworn

  • All original tags and accessories are attached

  • Item is in its original packaging and same condition as received

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is available

Return Deadline: Within 14 days after product arrival
※ Shipping for returns is the customer's responsibility.
※ Return shipment must be completed within the returnable period.

■ Cases Where Return/Exchange Is Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been used or washed

  • Items that have been hemmed or altered

  • Items that have passed 15 days after arrival

  • Items without a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items missing tags or original accessories

  • Items that are damaged, scratched, or stained after delivery

  • Items with odors attached

  • Cases of excessive return/exchange history

  • Items deemed purchased for resale purposes

  • Items purchased or obtained through fraudulent means

  • Other cases where we deem return or exchange inappropriate

■ How to Start a Return

Before sending any items back, you must contact us by email.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and shipping label.

■ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact your credit card company or bank directly.

■ About Returns/Cancellations Due to Customer Preferences

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size

  • Difference from the image

Please carefully check the size guide and product details before purchasing.

■ About Print Products

Printed items are made to order individually.
Minor differences in color tones or printing positions may occur.
Please understand these variations as part of the product characteristics.

■ About Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:
① First, process a return → ② After your return is accepted → ③ Place a new order.

This is the fastest and most secure method to obtain your desired product.

■ For Customers in the European Union (EU)

For orders shipped to EU countries, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
